Tous à vos fourneaux ! Céline, diététicienne à la Cuisine centrale, nous apprend aujourd’hui à faire notre baguette sans pétrissage.

Pour réaliser cette recette, vous aurez besoin de :

  • 360g de farine
  • 5g de sel
  • 5g de levure sèche de boulanger
  • 300mL d’eau tiède
